1. General and Application
The following terms and conditions shall apply for all contracts between the customer and Coline Assade about the delivery of goods, which are ordered in Coline Assade’s online shop under the web-site https://www.colineassade.com
2. Informations
The customer shall ensure that the details which are provided to Coline Assade are correct and complete. The customer shall inform Coline Assade immediately of any changes to the information that has been provided at the time of registration.
3. Terms of Sale
By placing an order with Coline Assade you are offering to purchase a product, and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
In order to contract with Coline Assade you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. In some cases, delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
All bespoke or customised products are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order (other than in respect of jewellery made to your specification or any headwear or earrings).
To cancel your order you may email coline.assade@gmail.com and we will reply with instructions on returning your goods.
Coline Assade does not cover the postage cost of returning goods except in the case where the wrong product is supplied or in case of faulty/damaged goods being supplied.
Further details of your rights under Distance Selling Regulations are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
6. Refund Policy
If you wish to return a product you have purchased from Coline Assade, you may do so providing the item is unused and in a resaleable condition within 14 days of dispatch. Goods should be returned in their original packaging. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card used. If the product returned is not in a fully saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Postage costs cannot be refunded. Please note we cannot accept any returns or offer refunds on any earrings, due to hygiene reasons.
7. Prohibitions & Misuse
You must not misuse this Website. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the website; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material (commonly referred to as “spam”), or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Coline Assade will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.
Coline Assade will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
8. Prices
All prices are correct at time of publishing and include VAT. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
9. Jewellery Images and Descriptions
Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and images of Coline Assade’s jewellery are accurate. Digital photography has been used and in some cases colours may be slightly different in real life.
10. Privacy Policy
When you make a purchase from Coline Assade, we ask you for information such as name, address, and credit card information. We store and use this information so we can process your order. If necessary, we might use this information to contact you for help processing the order. We respect your privacy. Our secure server software encrypts all personal information, ensuring that your information stays private and protected. We will not give or sell your information to any third-party.
By using this website, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Coline Assade, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use this website or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Copyright
All materials including images, illustrations, designs, layout, photographs, written and other text or script that are part of this site are protected by copyright belonging to Coline Assade.
14. Statutory Rights
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
