Returns + Exchanges + repairs
We really hope that you will love and cherish your piece of jewellery. However, if you are not happy with it, you can request a return within 14 days of the date of despatch. Unfortunately we are unable to offer you to post it back for free at the moment so the cost will be at your charge.
We won’t be able to offer a refund on any bespoke or customised order as the piece would have been designed and made specially for you.
If the piece you received is faulty, we will obviously exchange it. This however should not happen as we check the quality of each piece before sending it to our customers.
If you received one of our piece as a gift and see something that you prefer on our website, contact us. We will be happy to exchange it for an item of the same value.
As our pieces are made to order, we try to make sure that you choose the perfect size before making the ring. If the ring size you received is really not fitting, contact us. We will to our best to rectify the size but please note we might have to charge you a small fee. This is only because once vitreous enamel is applied on a ring, it can’t be re-heated anymore. Changing the size of a ring can involve soldering therefor heating the ring which would destroy the enamel.
We make sure that every piece of jewellery we make will last. If any damage should happen, please contact us. We will assess the situation with you and repair your piece. Please note that you will be charged according to the repair.
